Heather was a blessing. She created a fabulous wedding cake for my small wedding. Everyone said it was the best cake they had tasted, and it made my special day that much more special. She also was very flexible with my schedule, and professional. Now I buy miniature “cakelings” from her to mark our anniversary, that look like a miniature of our wedding cake.

I wanted to tell you that our cake was the most incredible wedding cake I’ve ever seen. Jon and I agree on that. And so do all the guests that were amazed by it! We even got messages from family members who had sent their regrets earlier but recontacted us to say they hated that they missed our Big Day and especially hated to miss SEEING OUR CAKE. Can you believe that? It has been all the talk. For every person who said it looked great, there was another who said that it tasted even better than it looked. You wouldn’t believe how many people have been asking WHO made the cake, so hopefully our referrals will bring you plenty of business down the road.

Heather, your two cakes were magnificent. You must definitely lived up to every expectation! The perfected details of the decor, to the moist lemon butter, I coudn’t have asked for more. The same goes for the cakeling. Wonderful in every way. Not forgetting to mention your mother’s lovely photography skills. The mother/daughter duo was great! I can’t thank you enough for such a success!

I wish you could have seen her face when she came in the door–she squealed and jumped up and down (for real) and yelled, “I love it, I love it, I love it!!!!”. And as she got in bed and I tucked her in, when I asked her what was her favorite part of the day, she said, “When your friend made my cake.” No higher praise, my friend!!!
